Delivery Time

Most orders ship the following business day. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process. After you've placed an order online, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. As soon as your order is processed and fulfilled you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. We will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Unfortunately Desert Gatherings® cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or shipping service interruptions.

Return and Exchange Policy

We are happy to return or exchange any Desert Gatherings® product in like-new condition within 15 days from the purchase date. We will refund your credit card for the purchase price, less shipping, once we receive your return package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Exchange items will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Products purchased through our website can also be returned or exchanged at our Chandler warehouse location. Please note that refunds will take up to 2 business days to process.


How to Return or Exchange

Please send an email to for a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without this code. In your email, please specify your order number, item, and reason for return or exchange.

Please note that your Return Authorization will be on file for 15 days from the issue date. If your return has not been received within the 15 day window your Return Authorization will be cancelled. If you believe your Return Authorization has expired, please send us an email to
